At the time of the inspection, all systems and components which the house is comprised of, will be thoroughly and professionally inspected. These areas consist of the grounds and site conditions, roofing systems, insulation, heating/cooling, ventilation, fire places, all rooms, including the kitchen and appliances, bathrooms, plumbing, electrical, structure, foundation, basements, crawlspaces, all exterior, and interior of the house, driveway, and garage. All will be visually inspected, as well as testing the functionality of systems/components available to test during the inspection. There is no pass or fail, regarding the inspection. What has been inspected, will receive a satisfactory, marginal, or poor rating on the report due to the age and condition of that which has been inspected.
